National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, has called on Nigerians to renew their confidence in President Bola Tinubu as his administration continues its efforts to implement comprehensive reforms aimed at revitalizing the economy. Ganduje made this appeal in a statement released in Abuja, marking the celebration of this year’s Maulud, the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Ganduje urged Nigerians to back President Tinubu’s “passion for transformative change” designed to elevate the standard of living across the country. “I urge all Nigerians to reaffirm their trust and backing for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as he spearheads a comprehensive economic revitalization agenda,” Ganduje stated. He emphasized that Tinubu’s leadership is focused on broad reforms to rejuvenate the economy and improve the well-being of Nigerians.
The APC chairman also encouraged party members to reflect on their faith during the Maulud celebration, urging them to renew their commitment to the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). “This auspicious occasion serves as a reminder of the Prophet’s teachings of peace, love, and compassion,” Ganduje remarked, highlighting the importance of unity and collective effort in building a just and equitable society.
He further called on Nigerians to emulate the Prophet’s exemplary leadership, wisdom, and kindness, encouraging all citizens to commit themselves to the principles of justice, equality, and fairness that are central to Islam and humanity.
