First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, in partnership with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, has commenced the distribution of 4,800 25kg bags of rice to alleviate the economic hardships faced by vulnerable individuals in Lagos State. The initiative targets six divisions within the state, with an initial distribution of 3,000 bags as part of the first tranche.
Speaking at the distribution event at Lagos House, Ikeja, the First Lady, represented by Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, emphasized the need to support those most affected by the current economic challenges, promising further distributions in the coming phase.
