VeyDarkMan, known for his outspoken views on social justice issues, took to his social media platforms to criticize celebrities for what he perceives as misplaced priorities. According to him, their donations to Bobrisky, who faced legal issues related to naira mutilation, are indicative of a disturbing trend where celebrities show more support to individuals involved in scandals rather than using their resources for more pressing social causes.
In a series of posts, VeyDarkMan stated: “I’ve lost all respect for y’all. Here we have some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, like Don Jazzy, Tiwa Savage, and Funke Akindele, pouring millions into supporting Bobrisky while ignoring the numerous pressing social issues in our country.”
The activist’s comments were sparked by reports that these celebrities had contributed significant amounts of money to assist Bobrisky with legal fees and other expenses during his time in custody.
